1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Services

Resume Reviewer provides automated resume analysis and job description comparison. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• One-time and subscription plans are available
• Payments are processed via Stripe
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law

5. User Content

You retain ownership of uploaded resumes. You grant us permission to process content solely to provide the Service.

6. Prohibited Use

• Uploading unlawful or harmful content
• Reverse-engineering or exploiting the Service
• Interfering with security or system integrity

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, and branding belong to A Bracy Consulting, LLC.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the three months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
